This is a ground explosion during an ambush in Quang Nam. This is very smiliar to Angerman, who died of a deflected bullet to the head during an ambush.
A photo of Don Angerman's Senior year field day.
Don was a proud member of Tau Kappa Epilson fraternity while he attended Alma College. There was a fund set up at Alma in honor of him, it has since ceased.
Funeral services for Don took place at Dunning Chapel in Alma, MI.At the time of his death he left behind his parents Rev. and Mrs. Angerman, two sisters named Carol and Nancy, and one brother, Stephen. Even his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Elmer E. Angerman of Southfield and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Edward J. Frownie of Wyoming were all alive after the date of his passing.
I remember standing in line at First Presbyterian Church waiting to shake Don’s hand and wish him well on his journey. I have never forgot his hand shake.
ReplyDeleteI'm also doing a report on Donald, And if possible I would Appreciate any and all information that anyone that sees this might have or be able to give. Thank you in advance.
